Tapered Filament – Toothbrush Filament – PBT Tapered Filament
The PBT resin is fused and extruded into thin filaments, cooled in water, stretched, and annealed in a hot air chamber. These filaments have good dimensional stability, good bending recovery, and bright colors, making them ideal for use as toothbrush brush filaments. Activated carbon and other antibacterial ingredients can be added.
